Cowboy Painters provides painting and home renovation services including but not limited to interior painting, exterior painting, drywall repair, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, deck services, and power washing. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project. Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion and approval of the work.
5. Warranty
Cowboy Painters stands behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or modifications made by others.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and any materials already purchased.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cowboy Painters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
